¹⁴ Do not be afraid,^(A) you worm^(B) Jacob,
    little Israel, do not fear,
for I myself will help^(C) you,” declares the Lord,
    your Redeemer,^(D) the Holy One^(E) of Israel.

⁶ But I am a worm^(A) and not a man,
    scorned by everyone,^(B) despised^(C) by the people.

³⁴ Yet their Redeemer^(A) is strong;
    the Lord Almighty^(B) is his name.
He will vigorously defend their cause^(C)
    so that he may bring rest^(D) to their land,
    but unrest to those who live in Babylon.

⁵ For your Maker^(A) is your husband^(B)—
    the Lord Almighty is his name—
the Holy One^(C) of Israel is your Redeemer;^(D)
    he is called the God of all the earth.^(E)

¹⁴ May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart
    be pleasing^(A) in your sight,
    Lord, my Rock^(B) and my Redeemer.^(C)

“You are worthy^(B) to take the scroll
    and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
    and with your blood^(C) you purchased^(D) for God
    persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.^(E)

⁴ Our Redeemer^(A)—the Lord Almighty^(B) is his name^(C)—
    is the Holy One^(D) of Israel.

I am the Lord,
    the Maker of all things,
    who stretches out the heavens,^(D)
    who spreads out the earth^(E) by myself,
