²⁶ Lift up your eyes on high,
And see who has created these things,
Who brings out their host by number;
^(A)He calls them all by name,
By the greatness of His might
And the strength of His power;
Not one is missing.

^6 (A)Lift up your eyes to the heavens,
And look on the earth beneath.
For ^(B)the heavens will vanish away like smoke,
^(C)The earth will grow old like a garment,
And those who dwell in it will die in like manner;
But My salvation will be ^(D)forever,
And My righteousness will not be ^[a]abolished.

¹³ Indeed ^(A)My hand has laid the foundation of the earth,
And My right hand has stretched out the heavens;
When ^(B)I call to them,
They stand up together.

^4 (A)He counts the number of the stars;
He calls them all by name.
^5 (B)Great is our Lord, and ^(C)mighty in power;
^(D)His understanding is infinite.

⁷ I form the light and create darkness,
I make peace and ^(A)create calamity;
I, the Lord, do all these things.’

²⁴ Thus says the Lord, ^(A)your Redeemer,
And ^(B)He who formed you from the womb:
“I am the Lord, who makes all things,
^(C)Who stretches out the heavens ^[a]all alone,
Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself;
