Men of high degree are a lie;
If they are weighed on the scales,
They are altogether lighter than vapor.

For His dominion is ^(C)an everlasting dominion,
And His kingdom is from generation to generation.
^35 (D)All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing;
^(E)He does according to His will in the army of heaven
And among the inhabitants of the earth.
^(F)No one can restrain His hand
Or say to Him, ^(G)“What have You done?”
