⁵ In that day^(A) the Lord Almighty
    will be a glorious^(B) crown,^(C)
a beautiful wreath
    for the remnant^(D) of his people.

¹⁹ The sun will no more be your light by day,
    nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you,
for the Lord will be your everlasting light,^(A)
    and your God will be your glory.^(B)

“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom^(A)
    or the strong boast of their strength^(B)
    or the rich boast of their riches,^(C)
24 but let the one who boasts boast^(D) about this:
    that they have the understanding to know^(E) me,
that I am the Lord,^(F) who exercises kindness,^(G)
    justice and righteousness^(H) on earth,
    for in these I delight,”
declares the Lord.

²⁵ But all the descendants^(A) of Israel
    will find deliverance^(B) in the Lord
    and will make their boast in him.^(C)

¹⁶ You will winnow^(A) them, the wind will pick them up,
    and a gale^(B) will blow them away.^(C)
But you will rejoice^(D) in the Lord
    and glory^(E) in the Holy One^(F) of Israel.

¹⁶ May your deeds be shown to your servants,
    your splendor to their children.^(A)

¹⁷ May the favor^[a] of the Lord our God rest on us;
    establish the work of our hands for us—
    yes, establish the work of our hands.^(B)
