Pero la aurora del Señor brillará sobre ti;
¡sobre ti se manifestará su gloria!
3 Las naciones serán guiadas por tu luz,
y los reyes, por tu amanecer esplendoroso.
4 »Alza los ojos, mira a tu alrededor:
todos se reúnen y acuden a ti.
Tus hijos llegan desde lejos;
a tus hijas las traen en brazos.
5 Verás esto y te pondrás radiante de alegría;
vibrará tu corazón y se henchirá de gozo;
te servirán los carneros de Nebayot;
subirán como ofrendas agradables sobre mi altar,
y yo embelleceré mi templo glorioso.
8 »¿Quiénes son los que pasan como nubes,
y como palomas rumbo a su palomar?
9 En mí esperarán las costas lejanas;
ni de día ni de noche se cerrarán;
te traerán las riquezas de las naciones;
ante ti desfilarán sus reyes derrotados.
12 La nación o el reino que no te sirva perecerá;
los hijos de tus opresores;
todos los que te desprecian
se postrarán a tus pies,
y te llamarán “Ciudad del Señor”,
“Sión del Santo de Israel”.
15 »Aunque fuiste abandonada y aborrecida,
Sabrás entonces que yo, el Señor, soy tu Salvador;
17 En vez de bronce te traeré oro;
y a tus puertas, “Alabanza”.
porque el Señor será tu luz eterna;
tu Dios será tu gloria.
20 Tu sol no volverá a ponerse,
ni menguará tu luna;
Yo soy el Señor;
cuando llegue el momento, actuaré sin demora».

4 (D)Lift up your eyes all around, and see;
they all gather together, they come to you;
(E)your sons shall come from afar,

the rams of (M)Nebaioth shall minister to you;
(N)they shall come up with acceptance on my altar,
(O)and I will beautify my beautiful house.
8 Who are these that fly like a cloud,
and (P)like doves to their windows?
9 For (Q)the coastlands shall hope for me,
(R)the ships of Tarshish first,
(S)to bring your children from afar,
their silver and gold with them,
for the name of the Lord your God,
and for the Holy One of Israel,
because (T)he has made you beautiful.
10 (U)Foreigners shall build up your walls,
and (V)their kings shall minister to you;
for in my wrath I struck you,
but in my favor I have had mercy on you.

day and night they shall not be shut,

shall come bending low to you,
(AC)and all who despised you
shall bow down at your feet;
(AD)they shall call you the City of the Lord,

with no one passing through,
(AF)I will make you majestic forever,
a joy from age to age.
16 (AG)You shall suck the milk of nations;
you shall nurse at the breast of kings;
and you shall know that (AH)I, the Lord, am your Savior
and your Redeemer, (AI)the Mighty One of Jacob.

and instead of iron I will bring silver;
instead of wood, bronze,
instead of stones, iron.
I will make your overseers peace
(AJ)and your taskmasters righteousness.
18 (AK)Violence shall no more be heard in your land,
devastation or destruction within your borders;
(AL)you shall call your walls Salvation,
and your gates Praise.
19 (AM)The sun shall be no more
your light by day,

20 Your sun shall no more go down,
nor your moon withdraw itself;
for the Lord will be your everlasting light,
