32 Y cada golpe[a] de la vara de castigo[b](A)
que el Señor descargue sobre ella,
será al son de[c] panderos y liras(B);
y en batallas, blandiendo armas(C), Él peleará contra ellos[d].
33 Porque Tofet[e](D) está preparado desde hace tiempo,
ciertamente, ha sido dispuesto para el rey.
Él lo ha hecho profundo y ancho,
una pira[f] de fuego con abundante leña;
el soplo del Señor, como torrente(E) de azufre(F), lo enciende.

32 ed ogni colpo inferto dal bastone punitivo che l'Eterno gli farà piombare addosso, sarà accompagnato dal suono di tamburelli e di cetre. Egli combatterà contro di lei agitando la mano in modo minaccioso.
33 Tofet è preparato da molto tempo, esso è pronto anche per il re; egli lo ha fatto profondo e largo, sul suo rogo c'è del fuoco e legna in abbondanza; il soffio dell'Eterno, come un torrente di zolfo, lo accenderà.

32 And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the Lord shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
33 For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the Lord, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.

will be to the music of timbrels(B) and harps,
as he fights them in battle with the blows of his arm.(C)
33 Topheth(D) has long been prepared;
it has been made ready for the king.
Its fire pit has been made deep and wide,
with an abundance of fire and wood;
the breath(E) of the Lord,
like a stream of burning sulfur,(F)
sets it ablaze.(G)
