“Behold, ^(A)this is our God for whom we have ^(B)waited ^[a]that ^(C)He might save us.
This is the Lord for whom we have waited;
^(D)Let’s rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”

⁸ Indeed, while following the way of ^(A)Your judgments, Lord,
We have waited for You eagerly;
^(B)Your name, and ^(C)remembering You, is the desire of our souls.

^14 (A)Wait for the Lord;
Be ^(B)strong and let your heart take courage;
Yes, wait for the Lord.

⁵ Lead me in ^(A)Your truth and teach me,
For You are the ^(B)God of my salvation;
For You I ^(C)wait all the day.

²² Let Your favor, Lord, be upon us,
Just as we have waited for You.
