“Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth;
For I am God, and there is no other.
23
“I have sworn [an oath] by Myself,
The word is gone out of My mouth in righteousness
And shall not return,
That to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear [allegiance].(A)
24
“It shall be said of Me, ‘Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’
To Him people will come,
And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.(B)
25
“In the Lord all the offspring of Israel
Will be justified (declared free of guilt) and will glory [in God].”

22 “Turn(A) to me and be saved,(B)
all you ends of the earth;(C)
for I am God, and there is no other.(D)
23 By myself I have sworn,(E)
my mouth has uttered in all integrity(F)
a word that will not be revoked:(G)
Before me every knee will bow;(H)
by me every tongue will swear.(I)
24 They will say of me, ‘In the Lord alone
are deliverance(J) and strength.(K)’”
All who have raged against him
will come to him and be put to shame.(L)
25 But all the descendants(M) of Israel
will find deliverance(N) in the Lord
and will make their boast in him.(O)
