²⁹They are gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is afraid; Gibeah of Saul is fled.

New International Version

²⁹They go over the pass, and say,
“We will camp overnight at Geba.^(A)”
Ramah^(B) trembles;
Gibeah^(C) of Saul flees.^(D)

²⁹They have gone ^[a]along ^(A)the ridge,
They have taken up lodging at Geba.
Ramah is afraid,
^(B)Gibeah of Saul has fled.
