8 (A)Gilead is a city of evildoers,
    (B)tracked with blood.
9 As robbers (C)lie in wait for a man,
    so the priests band together;
they murder on the way to (D)Shechem;
    they commit villainy.
10 In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing;
    (E)Ephraim's whoredom is there; (F)Israel is defiled.

So the company of (B)priests (C)murder on the way to Shechem;
Surely they commit (D)lewdness.
10 I have seen a horrible thing in the house of Israel:
There is the [b]harlotry of Ephraim;
Israel is defiled.
