Hosea 8:9-10
New American Standard Bible
9 For they have gone up to (A)Assyria,
Like (B)a wild donkey all alone;
Ephraim has (C)paid fees for [a]lovers.
10 Even though they [b]pay for allies among the nations,
I will (D)gather them up now;
And they will begin (E)to diminish
Because of the burden of the (F)king of officials.

I will soon gather them up.
And they shall cease[a] for a little while
