11 Judah, also for you, a harvest has been appointed,
    when I restore the fortunes of my people.[a]

Israel’s Corruption

Whenever I want to heal Israel,
the guilt of Ephraim is uncovered,
    and the evil deeds of Samaria are exposed,
    because they deal dishonestly.
    Thieves come inside,
    and bandits raid outside.
In their hearts Ephraim does not realize that I remember all their wickedness.
    Now their deeds are all around them.
    They are in front of my face.

Ephraim’s Guilt

11 For you also, O Judah, a harvest is appointed,
    when I restore the fortunes of my people,

when I would heal Israel,
and the corruption of Ephraim is revealed,
    and the wicked deeds of Samaria;
because they deal in falsehood,
    the thief breaks in,[a]
    and the bandit raids the outside.
But they did not consider[b]
    that I remember all their wickedness.
Now their deeds surround them;
    they are before my face.
