Hosea 5:9-11

⁹ Ephraim will become a desolation^(A)
on the day of punishment;^(B)
I announce what is certain
among the tribes of Israel.^(C)
10 The princes of Judah are like those
who move boundary markers;^(D)
I will pour out my fury^(E) on them like water.^(F)
11 Ephraim is oppressed, crushed in judgment,^(G)
for he is determined to follow what is worthless.^[a]
