Hosea 1:10-2:1

10 Yet the number of the Israelites
will be like the sand of the sea,(A)
which cannot be measured or counted.
And in the place where they were told:
You are not my people,
they will be called: Sons of the living God.(B)
11 And the Judeans and the Israelites
will be gathered together.(C)
They will appoint for themselves a single ruler(D)
and go up from[a] the land.
For the day of Jezreel(E) will be great.
2 Call[b] your brothers: My People
and your sisters: Compassion.

International Standard Version
10 [a]Despite this, the number of the people of Israel will be like ocean sand, which can neither be measured nor counted. And the time will come when instead of it being said,[b] ‘You are not my people,’ it will be said,[c] ‘You are children of the living God.’ 11 [d]And the people of Judah and the people of Israel will be united as one. They will appoint for themselves a single leader and will take dominion over[e] the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel. 2 1 [f]So call your brothers ‘Ammi,’[g] and your sisters ‘Ruhamah.’”[h]
