Hosea 13:4-8

4 Yet I have been (A)Yahweh your God
Since the land of Egypt;
And you were not to know (B)any god except Me,
And there is no savior (C)besides Me.
5 I Myself (D)knew you in the wilderness,
(E)In the land of drought.
6 As they had their pasture, then they became (F)satisfied,
Indeed, they were satisfied, and their (G)heart became raised up;
Therefore they (H)forgot Me.
7 So I will be (I)like a lion to them;
Like a (J)leopard I will [a]lie in wait by the wayside.
8 I will encounter them (K)like a bear robbed of her cubs,
And I will tear open [b]the chest enclosing their heart;
There I will also (L)devour them like a lioness,
As a beast of the field would rip them open.

they were satisfied,
and their hearts became proud.(F)
Therefore they forgot me.(G)
7 So I will be like a lion(H) to them;
I will lurk like a leopard(I) on the path.
8 I will attack them
like a bear robbed of her cubs
and tear open the rib cage over their hearts.
I will devour them there like a lioness,(J)
like a wild beast that would rip them open.
