12 以 法 莲 吃 风 ， 且 追 赶 东 风 ， 时 常 增 添 虚 谎 和 强 暴 ， 与 亚 述 立 约 ， 把 油 送 到 埃 及 。
2 耶 和 华 与 犹 大 争 辩 ， 必 照 雅 各 所 行 的 惩 罚 他 ， 按 他 所 做 的 报 应 他 。
3 他 在 腹 中 抓 住 哥 哥 的 脚 跟 ， 壮 年 的 时 候 与 神 较 力 ，
4 与 天 使 较 力 ， 并 且 得 胜 ， 哭 泣 恳 求 ， 在 伯 特 利 遇 见 耶 和 华 。 耶 和 华 ─ 万 军 之 神 在 那 里 晓 谕 我 们 以 色 列 人 ； 耶 和 华 是 他 可 记 念 的 名 。

6 所 以 你 当 归 向 你 的 神 ， 谨 守 仁 爱 、 公 平 ， 常 常 等 候 你 的 神 。
7 以 法 莲 是 商 人 ， 手 里 有 诡 诈 的 天 平 ， 爱 行 欺 骗 。
8 以 法 莲 说 ： 我 果 然 成 了 富 足 ， 得 了 财 宝 ； 我 所 劳 碌 得 来 的 ， 人 必 不 见 有 甚 麽 不 义 ， 可 算 为 罪 的 。
9 自 从 你 出 埃 及 地 以 来 ， 我 就 是 耶 和 华 ─ 你 的 神 ； 我 必 使 你 再 住 帐 棚 ， 如 在 大 会 的 日 子 一 样 。
10 我 已 晓 谕 众 先 知 ， 并 且 加 增 默 示 ， 藉 先 知 设 立 比 喻 。
11 基 列 人 没 有 罪 孽 麽 ？ 他 们 全 然 是 虚 假 的 。 人 在 吉 甲 献 牛 犊 为 祭 ， 他 们 的 祭 坛 好 像 田 间 犁 沟 中 的 乱 堆 。
12 从 前 雅 各 逃 到 亚 兰 地 ， 以 色 列 为 得 妻 服 事 人 ， 为 得 妻 与 人 放 羊 。
13 耶 和 华 藉 先 知 领 以 色 列 从 埃 及 上 来 ； 以 色 列 也 藉 先 知 而 得 保 存 。
14 以 法 莲 大 大 惹 动 主 怒 ， 所 以 他 流 血 的 罪 必 归 在 他 身 上 。 主 必 将 那 因 以 法 莲 所 受 的 羞 辱 归 还 他 。
Hosea 12
English Standard Version
12 Ephraim feeds on the wind
and pursues (A)the east wind all day long;
they multiply (B)falsehood and violence;
(C)they make a covenant with Assyria,
and (D)oil is carried to Egypt.
The Lord's Indictment of Israel and Judah
2 (E)The Lord has an indictment against Judah
and will punish Jacob according to his ways;
he will repay him according to his deeds.
3 (F)In the womb he took his brother by the heel,
and in his manhood he strove with God.
4 He strove with the angel and prevailed;
he wept and sought his favor.
(G)He met God[a] at Bethel,
and there God spoke with us—
5 the Lord, the God of hosts,
(H)the Lord is his memorial name:
6 “So you, (I)by the help of your God, return,
(J)hold fast to love and justice,
and wait continually for your God.”
7 A merchant, in whose hands are (K)false balances,
he loves (L)to oppress.
8 Ephraim has said, “Ah, but (M)I am rich;
I have found wealth for myself;
in all my labors (N)they cannot find in me iniquity or sin.”
9 (O)I am the Lord your God
from the land of Egypt;
I will again make you (P)dwell in tents,
as in the days of the appointed feast.
10 (Q)I spoke to the prophets;
it was I who multiplied (R)visions,
and through the prophets gave parables.
11 (S)If there is iniquity in Gilead,
they shall surely come to nothing:
(T)in Gilgal they sacrifice bulls;
(U)their altars also are like stone heaps
(V)on the furrows of the field.
12 (W)Jacob fled to the land of Aram;
there Israel (X)served for a wife,
and for a wife he guarded sheep.
13 By (Y)a prophet (Z)the Lord brought Israel up from Egypt,
and by a prophet he was guarded.
14 (AA)Ephraim has given bitter provocation;
so his Lord (AB)will leave his bloodguilt on him
(AC)and will repay him for his disgraceful deeds.
