Hosea 10:8-10
New King James Version
8 Also the (A)high places of [a]Aven, (B)the sin of Israel,
Shall be destroyed.
The thorn and thistle shall grow on their altars;
(C)They shall say to the mountains, “Cover us!”
And to the hills, “Fall on us!”
9 “O Israel, you have sinned from the days of (D)Gibeah;
There they stood.
The (E)battle in Gibeah against the children of [b]iniquity
Did not [c]overtake them.
10 When it is My desire, I will chasten them.
(F)Peoples shall be gathered against them
When I bind them [d]for their two transgressions.
