Hosea 7:11-12

¹¹So ^(A)Ephraim has become like a gullible dove, ^(B)without ^[a]sense;
They call to ^(C)Egypt, they go to ^(D)Assyria.
¹²When they go, I will ^(E)spread My net over them;
I will bring them down like the birds of the sky.
I will ^(F)discipline them in accordance with the ^[b]proclamation to their assembly.

    first calling to Egypt, then flying to Assyria for help.
¹²But as they fly about,
    I will throw my net over them
and bring them down like a bird from the sky.
