⁵ “Go back and tell Hezekiah, the ruler of my people, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard^(A) your prayer and seen your tears;^(B) I will heal you. On the third day from now you will go up to the temple of the Lord.

⁴ that he was buried,^(A) that he was raised^(B) on the third day^(C) according to the Scriptures,^(D)

¹¹ Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’^{(A) 12} Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel.^{(B) 13} Then you, my people, will know that I am the Lord,^(C) when I open your graves and bring you up from them.^(D)

¹⁹ Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me.^(A) Because I live, you also will live.^(B)

⁸ If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.^(A)
