7 ―¿Son ciertas estas acusaciones? —le preguntó el sumo sacerdote.
2 Él contestó:
―Hermanos y padres, ¡escuchadme! El Dios de la gloria se apareció a nuestro padre Abraham cuando este aún vivía en Mesopotamia, antes de establecerse en Jarán. 3 “Deja tu tierra y a tus parientes —le dijo Dios—, y ve a la tierra que yo te mostraré”.[a]

7 Then the high priest asked Stephen, “Are these charges true?”
2 To this he replied: “Brothers and fathers,(A) listen to me! The God of glory(B) appeared to our father Abraham while he was still in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Harran.(C) 3 ‘Leave your country and your people,’ God said, ‘and go to the land I will show you.’[a](D)
