²⁰Cómo nada que fuese útil he rehuído de anunciaros y enseñaros, públicamente y por las casas,

²¹Testificando á los Judíos y á los Gentiles arrepentimiento para con Dios, y la fe en nuestro Señor Jesucristo.

²²Y ahora, he aquí, ligado yo en espíritu, voy á Jerusalem, sin saber lo que allá me ha de acontecer:

²⁰You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything^(A) that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from house to house. ²¹I have declared to both Jews^(B) and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance^(C) and have faith in our Lord Jesus.^(D)

²²“And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem,^(E) not knowing what will happen to me there.
