Hebrews 8:7-9
Disciples’ Literal New Testament
For God Promised a New Covenant
7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, no place would have been sought for a second. 8 For, finding-fault-with[a] them, He says [in Jer 31:31-34]: “Behold— days are coming, says the Lord, and I will consummate[b] a new covenant for the house of Israel and for the house of Judah; 9 not in accordance with the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day I took-hold-of their hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, because they did not continue in My covenant, and I did not-care-for them, says the Lord.

Hebrews 8:7-9
New International Version
7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.(A) 8 But God found fault with the people and said[a]:
“The days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant(B)
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
9 It will not be like the covenant
I made with their ancestors(C)
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,
and I turned away from them,
declares the Lord.
