²⁷ Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices^(A) day after day, first for his own sins,^(B) and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all^(C) when he offered himself.^(D)

²⁸ so Christ was sacrificed once^(A) to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time,^(B) not to bear sin,^(C) but to bring salvation^(D) to those who are waiting for him.^(E)

¹⁰ And by that will, we have been made holy^(A) through the sacrifice of the body^(B) of Jesus Christ once for all.^(C)
