Hebrews 13:5-6
New American Standard Bible
5 Make sure that your character is (A)free from the love of money, (B)being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “(C)I will never desert you, nor will I ever abandon you,” 6 so that we confidently say,
“(D)The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.
What will man do to me?”
Hebrews 13:5-6
New English Translation
5 Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”[a] 6 So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, and[b] I will not be afraid. What can people do to me?”[c]
