Hebrews 5:8-10

⁸And though He was the Son, he still learned obedience by the things which he suffered.

⁹And being consecrated, He was made the Author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.

¹⁰And He is called by God “A High Priest after the order of Melchizedek”,

⁸Son^(A) though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered^(B) ⁹and, once made perfect,^(C) he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him ¹⁰and was designated by God to be high priest^(D) in the order of Melchizedek.^(E)
