13 (A) Nothing is hidden from God! He sees through everything, and we will have to tell him the truth.
Jesus Is the Great High Priest
14 We have a great high priest, who has gone into heaven, and he is Jesus the Son of God. This is why we must hold on to what we have said about him. 15 Jesus understands every weakness of ours, because he was tempted in every way that we are. But he did not sin!

13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight.(A) Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Jesus the Great High Priest
14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest(B) who has ascended into heaven,[a](C) Jesus the Son of God,(D) let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.(E) 15 For we do not have a high priest(F) who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are(G)—yet he did not sin.(H)
