Hebrews 3:14-16

Good News Translation

¹⁴For we are all partners with Christ if we hold firmly to the end the confidence we had at the beginning.

¹⁵^(A)This is what the scripture says:

“If you hear God's voice today,
do not be stubborn, as your ancestors were
when they rebelled against God.”

¹⁶^(B)Who were the people who heard God's voice and rebelled against him? All those who were led out of Egypt by Moses.

Hebrews 3:14-16

¹⁴We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold^(A) our original conviction firmly to the very end.^(B) ¹⁵As has just been said:

“Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts
as you did in the rebellion.”^[a]^(C)

¹⁶Who were they who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?^(D)
