19 [a]He considered that (A)God is able to raise people even from the dead, from which he also received him back [b]as a [c](B)type. 20 By faith (C)Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even regarding things to come. 21 By faith (D)Jacob, as he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and (E)worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff.

19 Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead,(A) and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.
20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.(B)
21 By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph’s sons,(C) and worshiped as he leaned on the top of his staff.
