(A)Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; (B)but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, (C)“I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say:

(D)“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?”

Concluding Religious Directions

Remember those who [a]rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct. Jesus Christ is (E)the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried [b]about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.

10 We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. 11 For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned outside the camp.

Marriage should be honored by all,(A) and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.(B) Keep your lives free from the love of money(C) and be content with what you have,(D) because God has said,

“Never will I leave you;

So we say with confidence,

“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
    What can mere mortals do to me?”[b](F)

Remember your leaders,(G) who spoke the word of God(H) to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate(I) their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.(J)

Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings.(K) It is good for our hearts to be strengthened(L) by grace, not by eating ceremonial foods,(M) which is of no benefit to those who do so.(N) 10 We have an altar from which those who minister at the tabernacle(O) have no right to eat.(P)

11 The high priest carries the blood of animals into the Most Holy Place as a sin offering,(Q) but the bodies are burned outside the camp.(R)
