² who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as ^(A)Moses also was faithful in all His house.

¹⁵ but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ^[a]ground of the truth.

^5 (A)And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as ^(B)a servant, ^(C)for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, ⁶ but Christ as ^(D)a Son over His own house, ^(E)whose house we are ^(F)if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope ^[a]firm to the end.

Glory to God for His Grace^(A)

¹² And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has ^(B)enabled me, ^(C)because He counted me faithful, ^(D)putting me into the ministry,

^22 (A)in whom you also are being built together for a ^(B)dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

³⁸ For I have come down from heaven, ^(A)not to do My own will, ^(B)but the will of Him who sent Me. ³⁹ This is the will of the Father who sent Me, ^(C)that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. ⁴⁰ And this is the will of Him who sent Me, ^(D)that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

¹⁷ Therefore, in all things He had ^(A)to be made like His brethren, that He might be ^(B)a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

^4 (A)I have glorified You on the earth. ^(B)I have finished the work ^(C)which You have given Me to do.
