¹⁰ We have an altar from which those who officiate in the tent^[a] have no right to eat.^(A)

²⁰ No, I imply that what they^[a] sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be partners with demons.^(A)

¹³ Do you not know that those who work in the temple service get their food from the temple and those who serve at the altar share in what is sacrificed on the altar?^(A)

⁷ Clean out the old yeast so that you may be a new batch of dough, as you really are unleavened. For our paschal lamb, Christ, has been sacrificed.^{(A) 8} Therefore, let us celebrate the festival, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.^(B)

¹⁷ Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.^{(A) 18} Consider the people of Israel:^[a] Are not those who eat the sacrifices partners in the altar?^(B)

⁵ “Accept these from them, that they may be used in doing the service of the tent of meeting, and give them to the Levites, to each according to his service.”

⁷ They shall perform duties for him and for the whole congregation in front of the tent of meeting, doing service at the tabernacle; ⁸ they shall be in charge of all the furnishings of the tent of meeting and attend to the duties for the Israelites as they do service at the tabernacle.
