2 Le vingt et unième jour du septième mois^[a], l’Eternel fit entendre sa parole par la bouche du prophète Aggée en ces termes :

2.1 Le 17 octobre 520 av. J.-C., le dernier jour de la fête des Cabanes. C’était l’époque où l’on fêtait les moissons de l’été (Lv 23.33-43) bien que la moisson ait été maigre (1.11). Salomon avait dédicacé le Temple durant cette même fête (1 R 8.2).

Haggai 2:1

2 In the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day of the month, came the word of the Lord by the prophet Haggai, saying,

2 ^(A)In the seventh month, on the twenty-first day of the month, the word of the Lord came by the hand of Haggai the prophet:

2 ¹on the twenty-first day of the seventh month,^(A) the word of the Lord came through the prophet Haggai:^(B)
