Habakkuk 3:15-17
New International Version
16 I heard and my heart pounded,
my lips quivered at the sound;
decay crept into my bones,
and my legs trembled.(C)
Yet I will wait patiently(D) for the day of calamity
to come on the nation invading us.
17 Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,(E)
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,(F)
Habakkuk 3:15-17

the surging of mighty waters.
16 (B)I hear, and (C)my body trembles;
my lips quiver at the sound;
(D)rottenness enters into my bones;
my legs tremble beneath me.
Yet (E)I will quietly wait for the day of trouble
to come upon people who invade us.
Habakkuk Rejoices in the Lord
17 Though the fig tree should not blossom,
nor fruit be on the vines,
the produce of the olive fail
and the fields yield no food,
the flock be cut off from the fold
and there be no herd in the stalls,

17 Aunque la higuera no florecerá, Ni en las vides habrá frutos; Mentirá la obra de la oliva, Y los labrados no darán mantenimiento. Y las ovejas serán quitadas de la majada, Y no habrá vacas en los corrales;
