Much more then, having now been justified (A)by His blood, we shall be saved (B)from wrath through Him. 10 For (C)if when we were enemies (D)we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved (E)by His life.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those (A)who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom (B)He foreknew, (C)He also predestined (D)to be conformed to the image of His Son, (E)that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also (F)called; whom He called, these He also (G)justified; and whom He justified, these He also (H)glorified.

God’s Everlasting Love

31 What then shall we say to these things? (I)If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 (J)He who did not spare His own Son, but (K)delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? (L)It is God who justifies. 34 (M)Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, (N)who is even at the right hand of God, (O)who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written:

(P)“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

37 (Q)Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor (R)principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Israel Rejects the Gospel

14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear (F)without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

Paul, (A)called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ (B)through the will of God, and (C)Sosthenes our brother,

To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who (D)are [a]sanctified in Christ Jesus, (E)called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ (F)our Lord, (G)both theirs and ours:

just as (A)He chose us in Him (B)before the foundation of the world, that we should (C)be holy and without blame before Him in love, (D)having predestined us to (E)adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, (F)according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, (G)by which He [a]made us accepted in (H)the Beloved.

(I)In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to (J)the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and [b]prudence, (K)having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure (L)which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of (M)the fullness of the times (N)He might gather together in one (O)all things in Christ, [c]both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 (P)In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to (Q)the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, 12 (R)that we (S)who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.

Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom

22 And (AK)He put all things under His feet, and gave Him (AL)to be head over all things to the church, 23 (AM)which is His body, (AN)the fullness of Him (AO)who fills all in all.

By Grace Through Faith

And (A)you He made alive, (B)who were dead in trespasses and sins, (C)in which you once walked according to the [a]course of this world, according to (D)the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in (E)the sons of disobedience, (F)among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in (G)the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and (H)were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

But God, (I)who is rich in mercy, because of His (J)great love with which He loved us, (K)even when we were dead in trespasses, (L)made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together (M)in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in (N)His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (O)For by grace you have been saved (P)through faith, and that not of yourselves; (Q)it is the gift of God, not of (R)works, lest anyone should (S)boast. 10 For we are (T)His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

The Mystery Revealed

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles— if indeed you have heard of the [a]dispensation of the grace of God (A)which was given to me for you, (B)how that by revelation (C)He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: that the Gentiles (D)should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, (E)of which I became a minister (F)according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by (G)the effective working of His power.

Purpose of the Mystery

To me, (H)who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles (I)the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the [b]fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who (J)created all things [c]through Jesus Christ; 10 (K)to the intent that now (L)the [d]manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church (M)to the [e]principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 (N)according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
