8 Dios se acordó entonces de Noé y de todos los animales salvajes y domésticos que estaban con él en el arca. Hizo que soplara un fuerte viento sobre la tierra y las aguas comenzaron a bajar. 2 Se cerraron las fuentes del mar profundo y las compuertas del cielo, y dejó de llover. 3 Poco a poco las aguas se fueron retirando de la tierra. Al cabo de ciento cincuenta días las aguas habían disminuido.

8 But God remembered(A) Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth,(B) and the waters receded. 2 Now the springs of the deep and the floodgates of the heavens(C) had been closed, and the rain(D) had stopped falling from the sky. 3 The water receded steadily from the earth.
