Entonces Dios(A) se acordó de Noé y de todas las bestias y de todo el ganado que estaban con él en el arca. Y Dios hizo pasar un viento sobre la tierra y decrecieron las aguas(B). Las fuentes del abismo y las compuertas[a] del cielo(C) se cerraron, y se detuvo la lluvia(D) del cielo. Las aguas bajaron[b] gradualmente de sobre la tierra, y después de 150 días(E), las aguas habían disminuido.

Forsooth the Lord had mind of Noe, and of all living beasts, and of all work beasts, that were with him in the ship; and [he] brought a wind on the earth.
