Adam's Descendants to Noah
5 This is the book of the generations of Adam. When God created man, (A)he made him in the likeness of God. 2 Male and female he created them, and he blessed them and named them Man[a] when they were created. 3 When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and (B)named him Seth. 4 (C)The days of Adam after he fathered Seth were 800 years; and he had other sons and daughters. 5 Thus all the days that Adam lived were 930 years, (D)and he died.
6 When Seth had lived 105 years, (E)he fathered Enosh. 7 Seth lived after he fathered Enosh 807 years and had other sons and daughters. 8 Thus all the days of Seth were 912 years, and he died.
9 When Enosh had lived 90 years, he fathered Kenan. 10 Enosh lived after he fathered Kenan 815 years and had other sons and daughters. 11 Thus all the days of Enosh were 905 years, and he died.
12 When Kenan had lived 70 years, he fathered Mahalalel. 13 Kenan lived after he fathered Mahalalel 840 years and had other sons and daughters. 14 Thus all the days of Kenan were 910 years, and he died.
15 When Mahalalel had lived 65 years, he fathered Jared. 16 Mahalalel lived after he fathered Jared 830 years and had other sons and daughters. 17 Thus all the days of Mahalalel were 895 years, and he died.
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he fathered (F)Enoch. 19 Jared lived after he fathered Enoch 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 20 Thus all the days of Jared were 962 years, and he died.
21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he fathered Methuselah. 22 Enoch (G)walked with God[b] after he fathered Methuselah 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Thus all the days of Enoch were 365 years. 24 Enoch (H)walked with God, and he was not,[c] (I)for God took him.
25 When Methuselah had lived 187 years, he fathered Lamech. 26 Methuselah lived after he fathered Lamech 782 years and had other sons and daughters. 27 Thus all the days of Methuselah were 969 years, and he died.
28 When Lamech had lived 182 years, he fathered a son 29 and called his name Noah, saying, “Out of the ground (J)that the Lord has cursed, this one shall bring us relief[d] from our work and from the painful toil of our hands.” 30 Lamech lived after he fathered Noah 595 years and had other sons and daughters. 31 Thus all the days of Lamech were 777 years, and he died.
32 After Noah was 500 years old, Noah fathered (K)Shem, Ham, and (L)Japheth.

5 Este es el libro de los descendientes de Adán:
Cuando Dios creó al hombre, lo hizo a semejanza de Dios. 2 Hombre y mujer los creó, y los bendijo. Y el día que fueron creados, llamó el nombre de ellos “hombre”.
3 Cuando Adán tenía ciento treinta años, engendró un hijo a su semejanza, conforme a su imagen, y llamó su nombre Set. 4 Los años que vivió Adán después de engendrar a Set fueron ochocientos, y engendró hijos e hijas. 5 Todos los años que vivió Adán fueron novecientos treinta, y murió.
6 Cuando Set tenía ciento cinco años, engendró a Enós. 7 Set vivió después de engendrar a Enós ochocientos siete años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 8 Todos los años de Set fueron novecientos doce, y murió.
9 Cuando Enós tenía noventa años, engendró a Cainán. 10 Enós vivió después de engendrar a Cainán ochocientos quince años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 11 Todos los años de Enós fueron novecientos cinco, y murió.
12 Cuando Cainán tenía setenta años, engendró a Mahalaleel. 13 Cainán vivió después de engendrar a Mahalaleel ochocientos cuarenta años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 14 Todos los años de Cainán fueron novecientos diez, y murió.
15 Cuando Mahalaleel tenía sesenta y cinco años, engendró a Jared. 16 Mahalaleel vivió después de engendrar a Jared ochocientos treinta años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 17 Todos los años de Mahalaleel fueron ochocientos noventa y cinco, y murió.
18 Cuando Jared tenía ciento sesenta y dos años, engendró a Enoc. 19 Jared vivió después de engendrar a Enoc ochocientos años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 20 Todos los años de Jared fueron novecientos sesenta y dos, y murió.
21 Cuando Enoc tenía sesenta y cinco años, engendró a Matusalén. 22 Enoc caminó con Dios trescientos años después de engendrar a Matusalén, y engendró hijos e hijas. 23 Todos los años de Enoc fueron trescientos sesenta y cinco años. 24 Caminó, pues, Enoc con Dios y desapareció, porque Dios lo llevó consigo.
25 Cuando Matusalén tenía ciento ochenta y siete años, engendró a Lamec. 26 Matusalén vivió después de engendrar a Lamec setecientos ochenta y dos años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 27 Todos los años de Matusalén fueron novecientos sesenta y nueve, y murió.
28 Cuando Lamec tenía ciento ochenta y dos años, engendró un hijo, 29 y llamó su nombre Noé[a] diciendo: “Este nos aliviará de nuestras obras y de la penosa labor de nuestras manos, a causa de la tierra que el SEÑOR maldijo”. 30 Lamec vivió después de engendrar a Noé quinientos noventa y cinco años, y engendró hijos e hijas. 31 Todos los años de Lamec fueron setecientos setenta y siete, y murió.
32 Cuando Noé tenía quinientos años, engendró a Sem, a Cam y a Jafet.
