Genesis 5:27-29
New King James Version
27 So all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.
28 Lamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and had a son. 29 And he called his name (A)Noah,[a] saying, “This one will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground (B)which the Lord has cursed.”

27 Thus all the days of Methuselah were 969 years, and he died.
28 When Lamech had lived 182 years, he fathered a son 29 and called his name Noah, saying, “Out of the ground (A)that the Lord has cursed, this one shall bring us relief[a] from our work and from the painful toil of our hands.”
