Genesis 41:30-32
American Standard Version
30 and there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; 31 and the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine which followeth; for it shall be very grievous. 32 And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh, it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

30 but after them seven years of famine will (A)arise, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine (B)will deplete the land. 31 So the plenty will not be known in the land because of the famine following, for it will be very severe. 32 And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the (C)thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.
