6 Then the concubines came up with their children and bowed down; 7 then Leah and her children came, and last of all Joseph and Rachel came and bowed down.
8 Esau asked, “What about that other group I met? What did that mean?”
Jacob answered, “It was to gain your favor.”

6 Then the female servants and their children(A) approached and bowed down.(B) 7 Next, Leah and her children(C) came and bowed down.(D) Last of all came Joseph and Rachel,(E) and they too bowed down.
8 Esau asked, “What’s the meaning of all these flocks and herds I met?”(F)
“To find favor in your eyes, my lord,”(G) he said.
