2 Jacob put the slave girls with their children first. Then he put Leah and her children behind them. And he put Rachel and Joseph last. 3 Jacob himself went out in front of them. He bowed down flat on the ground seven times as he was walking toward his brother.
4 But Esau ran to meet Jacob. Esau put his arms around him and hugged him. Then Esau kissed him, and they both cried.

2 He put the female servants and their children(A) in front, Leah and her children next, and Rachel and Joseph(B) in the rear. 3 He himself went on ahead and bowed down to the ground(C) seven times(D) as he approached his brother.
4 But Esau(E) ran to meet Jacob and embraced him; he threw his arms around his neck and kissed him.(F) And they wept.(G)
