²⁴ And the Lord appeared to him the same night and said, ^(A)“I am the God of Abraham your father. ^(B)Fear not, for ^(C)I am with you and will bless you and multiply your offspring for my servant Abraham's sake.”

³ Then the Lord said to Jacob, ^(A)“Return to the land of your fathers and to your kindred, and I will be with you.”
