Adam and Eve Sent Out from the Garden

3 Now ^(A)the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which Yahweh God had made. And he said to the woman, “Indeed, has God said, ‘^[a]You shall not eat from ^[b]any tree of the garden’?”

³ but from the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God said, ‘You shall not eat from it, and you shall not touch it, lest you die.’” ^4 (A)And the serpent said to the woman, “You surely will not die!
