⁶ Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness.^(A)

²² This righteousness^(A) is given through faith^(B) in^[a] Jesus Christ^(C) to all who believe.^(D) There is no difference between Jew and Gentile,^(E)

²³ The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, ²⁴ but also for us,^(A) to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him^(B) who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.^(C)
