26 And God said, “Let us make humankind in[a] our image and according to[b] our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of heaven,[c] and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every moving thing that moves upon the earth.” 27 So[d] God created humankind in[e] his image, in[f] the likeness of God he created him,[g] male and female he created them.
