12 And God (A)saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, (B)for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. 13 And God said to Noah, (C)“I have determined to make an end of all flesh,[a] for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14 Make yourself an ark of gopher wood.[b] Make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and out with pitch.

New International Version
12 God saw how corrupt(A) the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.(B) 13 So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy(C) both them and the earth.(D) 14 So make yourself an ark of cypress[a] wood;(E) make rooms in it and coat it with pitch(F) inside and out.
