25 Then they set out their gifts to await Joseph’s arrival at noon, for they had heard that they were to dine there. 26 When Joseph came home, they presented him with the gifts they had brought inside, while they bowed down before him to the ground. 27 After inquiring how they were, he asked them, “And how is your aged father, of whom you spoke? 25 They prepared their gifts(A) for Joseph’s arrival at noon,(B) because they had heard that they were to eat there.
26 When Joseph came home,(C) they presented to him the gifts(D) they had brought into the house, and they bowed down before him to the ground.(E) 27 He asked them how they were, and then he said, “How is your aged father(F) you told me about? Is he still living?”(G)
