²⁴The Lord ^(A)appeared to him the same night and said,

“^(B)I am the God of your father Abraham;
^(C)Do not fear, for I am with you.
I ^(D)will bless you, and multiply your ^[a]descendants,
For the sake of My servant Abraham.”
