² “Take your son,” he said, “your only son Isaac, whom you love,^(A) go to the land of Moriah,^(B) and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.”

⁵ Aaron’s sons will burn it on the altar along with the burnt offering^(A) that is on the burning wood, a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

¹¹ The priest is to offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering^(A) to make atonement on behalf of the Nazirite, since he incurred guilt because of the corpse. On that day he is to consecrate his head again.^(B)

³¹ just as Moses the Lord’s servant had commanded the Israelites. He built it according to what is written in the book of the law of Moses: an altar of uncut stones on which no iron tool has been used.^(A) Then they offered burnt offerings to the Lord and sacrificed fellowship offerings on it.

16 They^(A) brought the ark of God and placed it inside the tent David had pitched for it.^(B) Then they offered burnt offerings and fellowship offerings in God’s presence.
