16 and said, “(A)By Myself I have sworn, declares Yahweh, because you have done this thing and have not spared your son, your only one, 17 indeed I will greatly bless you, and I will greatly (B)multiply your seed as the stars of the heavens and as (C)the sand which is on the seashore; and (D)your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies. 18 (E)In your [a]seed all the nations of the earth shall [b]be blessed, because you have (F)listened to My voice.” 19 (G)So Abraham returned to his young men, and they arose and walked together to Beersheba; and Abraham lived at Beersheba.

20 Now it happened after these things, that it was told to Abraham, saying, “Behold, (H)Milcah [c]also has borne children to your brother Nahor: 21 Uz his firstborn and Buz his brother and Kemuel the father of Aram 22 and Chesed and Hazo and Pildash and Jidlaph and Bethuel.” 23 And Bethuel [d]was the father of (I)Rebekah. These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham’s brother. 24 And his concubine, whose name was Reumah, [e]also bore Tebah and Gaham and Tahash and Maacah.
